Quel's portuguese fish stew - Gluten free

This is a great Summer dish... imagine eating this by the sea... hmmm
It's undoubtedly very Portuguese. Make sure you get the best Sweet Paprika you can get and fresh fish you can afford - it is so worth it!
Whenever i fly to Portugal I always come back with a few bags of our sweet paprika - Colorau. But since my last bag has ended, I found this wonderful spanish paprika - La Chinata -  which is also very flavorsome and available in supermarkets.
This meal serves 4 people and it's about 371 kcal per serving.

Ingredients:

2 medium white onions
2 tbs olive/ vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic
100 gr smoked haddock
100 gr salmon
100 gr pollock
150 gr prawns
4 medium potatoes ( rooster) cut into slices
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 tsp smoked sweet paprika
1/2 cup of white wine
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or 1 red chili
1 can of chopped tomatoes (best brands in my opinion are Cirio and Napolina. Sainsbury's So organic tomatoes are also very flavorsome. if you can't afford these brands and need to use Basics range, add 1/2 tea spoon of sugar) Fresh tomatoes are great too for this recipe. If anything, even better!
1/2 cup tomato pulp
1 tbs tomato puree

Start by preparing all the ingredients, chopping and separating into different bowls and cups.
Heat the oil and cook the onions until they get a little color. Then add the peppers, the garlic and the paprika and cook until you start getting a nice smell of the peppers and onions. This should take about 10 minutes. Next add the tomatoes, the tomato pulp and puree. After this add the potatoes and enough boiled water to cover the vegetables and the potatoes. Bring to boil and let it simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on and now turn down to low heat.
The potatoes should be cooked but not falling apart, so keep an eye. Now add the fish and the white wine. Let it simmer for 10 minutes and Voila! Add chopped coriander and serve! Enjoy!
