In the past month I baked more than 30 brownie trays - i make them with walnuts, almonds, with chocolate chips, gluten free, with wheat flour, with beet root, without beet-root... Thinners, chunkier, etc... I have tweaked it and tweaked it even more... changed the cooking times a million times... Sometimes I feel like a scientist !... but I have now come to the perfect recipe! it is really satisfying to see how much you can improve on anything you put your effort and heart into. My brownies are becoming famous around south west London! I am ready to export them to your house! Give me a shout! Practice make perfect!
