lovely lady called Tanya contacted me a couple of weeks ago, asking me if I could bake a birthday cake for her little cousin who was going to turn 5 years old on 1st June! 1st of June is also children's day in Portugal and so for me was even a more of a special request!
Tanya later sent me this lovely email:
