Here's a photo of my first crop of tomatoes this year. These are cherry tomatoes and I bought the plant from Columbia Road market in London. One day - the allotment!
And here's the potato salad I made with my first crop!
Recipe for the Spanish sauce:
4 tbs good quality olive oil
1 tsp sweet paprika
handfull of fresh coriander
handfull of olives ( mine were marinated in oregano and garlic)
salt and pepper to taste
juice of half a lemon (add more if you like it more tangy)
