Carrot and oats bread rolls

This is a very simple recipe and one great specially great if you have kids!

100 gr grated carrot (raw)
50 gr oats
300ml warm water
7g easy blend dried-yeast
450 gr strong white bread flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbs rapeseed oil

One of the things that scared me most about making bread is the kneading... I am not a big fan... but luckily with stand mixers you don't need to "make that effort" on a few bread recipes... this is a good example.
Mix the water and the yeast together until it dissolves.
Add all dry ingredients together in a bowl and slowly start adding the water and yeast mix. Kneed for about 5 minutes (say, let the machine do the job). Take the kneading hook and cover the bowl with a clean tea towel. I usually make the dough at lunch time and leave it during the afternoon while I rand my errands.
An hour before you want to bake the bread, kneed again slowly for 2 or 3 minutes and divide into 6/8 rolls. Dust with flour and leave for another half hour. While the last proving heat the oven on 200 Fan or 220 or gas mark 7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Here's the result.
