Hello all!
Last week I went on a weekend break
to Leeds to visit John and Claudine.
They have the best and most
beautiful kitchen i have every been or used! Claudine landed me her
tools and I made these Petit Gateaux with runny chocolate in the
middle! YUM!
The recipe is very simple:
(serves 4)
3 eggs
80gr 70% cocoa chocolate bar
80gr unsalted butter
100 gr sugar
25 gr flour
Melt the chocolate and the butter in a pan on low heat. Once it's melted, leave it to cool for 10 minutes.
On a separate bowl mix the eggs and the sugar and beat for 2 minutes.
then the flour and the chocolate and butter mix. beat for 5 minutes. the
trick is, the more you beat, the lighter the cake will be
Put the mix into separate ramekins and put in the oven for 15 to 17
minutes on mark 5.
If you don't want to serve the Petit Gateaux straight away, you can leave it on the fridge for up to 6 hours.
If you try this recipe, please let me know how it went!
Lots of love,
Raquel
