I have sad news, my cake mixer is dead. It doesn't mean I will stop baking, I will have to do it manually, but I'm going to have to invest in a new one very soon as the orders for my cakes are multiplying and I won't be able to bake as much as I need mixing everything my hand... or I will have a very tired arm!
I am a ferm believer in recycling, and the philosofy " what you don't need anymore, might be a blessing for another", I am putting an appeal to all of my readers out there - If anyone is trying to get rid of any baking or kitchen tools, I would kindly take them and in exchange, I can bake you your cake of choice!
